The BGW210 is a reasonably capable gateway that should be able to handle 1 Gbps Internet and more than 30 clients. If they're all simultaneously downloading OS ISOs, running bittorrent, or trying to stream 4K video, then no, the 500 Mbps connection isn't going to keep up (for the 4K video thing, 20 streams of 25 Mbps 4K would exhaust 500 Mbps). If they're all doing regular web browsing, then it should handle them easily.

Then I will on occasion have up to 10 guests in my home at one time, all of which will want access to my Guest WiFi. This would amount to 19 potential "full time" connections to my home WiFi.

For example, we have two laptops, 2 nook readers, 2 smart phones, 1 android tablet, 3 smart TVs, 1 garage door opener, plus possibly 8 of the above reference smart sockets. You may turn this off by going to the Gateway at, clicking on Home Network > Wi-Fi, entering the password from the sticker on the side of the Gateway when prompted, clicking on Advanced Options, then changing the SSID for either or both bands and clicking Save.
